Payments & Refunds
Payments are preferred prior to event and for memberships at the time of application and can be made by direct entry or credit card (all credit cards attract 4% handling fee) see the downloadable registration form or your invoice for payment information.
A tax invoice will be issued as confirmation or your registration/subscription and or payment. In the event of a cancellation of event registration, we regret that cancellations or non attendance post RSVP will not be considered.
Membership subscriptions will be for a term of twelve months from the date of application and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Any data, photos or sound bites captured during any event will be considered property of the AAA upon registration unless notified in writing to the contrary to the Executive Officer prior to the event.
