Rabobank’s interactive and challenging educational programs offer the opportunity for primary producers to enhance their business management skills while mixing with a group of world-class, innovative peers.

There are two programs on offer – the Executive Development Program for the decision maker of leading farm businesses and the Farm Managers Program for the next generation of farm owners. Since their inception, over 500 leading producers have attended the programs, with many directly crediting them for the subsequent growth and development of their business.

Strategies to help grow and sustain your business
• Addressing contemporary agricultural and business issues to develop skills in leadership, business planning, human resource management, performance and financial management and communication
• Bringing together primary producers from Australia and New Zealand and across a diverse range of enterprises
• Exploring cutting edge management principles through interactive sessions run by leading industry experts, supplemented by group discussions, group projects and case studies
• Helping participants to develop the framework and tools to formalise decision making and planning for their own farming operation
• Residential program, with places limited to 36 to maximise the learning experience and networking opportunity.
