RHK Legal's Shanghai office has been retained by a number of Chinese State Owned and Private Large Scale food production and F&B enterprises in the dairy and drinks sector, who are looking to make acquisitions in the Austalian dairy, wine and fruit juice production sectors.
Our clients have the following specific requirements:
1. Prefer projects located in NSW and Victoria or South Australia.
2. Current brand value and quality of the milk is the most important factor
3. Excellent geographic conditions is a must.
4. Relatively small scale projects are acceptable, reason being they wish to acquire 100% ownership/equity.
The clients would be interested in also retaining Vendors as management for the acquired businesses.
Apart from dairy production, they are also interested in Juice production and other F&B products.
